What are we looking for?
As part of a strategic investment in HR technology, we are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to support the successful implementation and ongoing optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors across our global offices. The successful candidate must have hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, ideally across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding and Time Off, with strong expertise in building reports using native SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools and ideally Power BI.
The HRIS Analyst will work closely with HR SMEs, the HRIS team, IT, system vendors and project stakeholders to provide subject matter expertise, resolve issues, support configuration and testing activity, and ensure the system continues to meet business requirements after go-live.
This role is critical to maintaining high-quality HR data, supporting core HR processes, improving user experience, and enabling reliable reporting and analytics for HR leadership and the wider business. The ideal candidate will combine strong HR process knowledge with technical SuccessFactors capability, advanced reporting skills and a practical, service-focused approach.
Tasks and responsibilities
SuccessFactors Support & System Administration
- Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding and Time Off.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, data discrepancies and user queries, escalating to vendors or technical teams where appropriate.
- Support system configuration, permissions, workflows, business rules and process improvements in line with agreed governance and change control.
Reporting & Analytics
- Design, build and maintain standard and ad hoc reports using native SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools including detailed Story Reporting.
- Support the development of Power BI dashboards and data models to support HR operational reporting, workforce analytics and leadership insight.
- Translate business reporting requirements into clear report specifications, data definitions and reusable reporting outputs.
- Maintain reporting accuracy through data validation, reconciliation, testing and regular quality checks.
- Support HR and business stakeholders with interpretation of HR data, metrics and trends.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Support
- Partner with HR process owners, HRBPs, IT, vendors and global stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical HRIS solutions.
- Provide guidance, training and documentation to HR users to improve confidence and effective use of SuccessFactors and reporting tools.
- Act as a key point of contact for SuccessFactors, reporting and data-related queries, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Support release management, enhancement tracking and post-go-live activities, including impact assessment, testing and communication.
- Provide structured knowledge transfer to other members of the HRIS team, including sharing SuccessFactors configuration knowledge, reporting build guidance, troubleshooting approaches and lessons learned from project and post-go-live activity.
- Develop practical documentation, handover notes and step-by-step guidance to build capability across the HRIS team and support future system administration, reporting and continuous improvement activity.

Technical skills and experience
- Proven hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding and Time Off.
- Extensive experience designing, building and maintaining reports using native SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools, including Report Centre and related reporting functionality.
- Strong Power BI capability, including dashboard development, data modelling, data transformation and presenting insight clearly to HR and business stakeholders.
- Excellent data analysis, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience supporting testing, release management, issue resolution and continuous improvement in an HRIS environment.
- Confident communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical language for non-technical users.
- Strong knowledge transfer skills, with the ability to document processes clearly, coach colleagues and build SuccessFactors and reporting capability within the HRIS team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global, matrixed team.
- Ability to take ownership, manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Flexible and pro-active approach to work.

- 9-month fixed term contract
- 9.30am to 5.30pm but flexibility is a must
- Hybrid working policy with a minimum of 2-3 days per week in the office
